Staff are very friendly and will do what they can to help you enjoy your stay. The property is kept clean and the public areas are nice to hang out. The beds are comfortable and amenities in the rooms include a fridge and microwave.

Noise does travel in the hotel, so if guests stay up late or arise early then you may be able to hear them from the corridor. If you sleep lightly it may be worth requesting a quiet room away from the elevators.
Wi-Fi can be unreliable so if you are traveling for business and Wi-Fi is important to you this may not be the best choice for you. There have also been issues reported with hot water, drainage in the bathrooms and furniture needing replacing. Guests have been disappointed to not get their requested room type, for example being allocated a twin when they’ve requested a king room.
