The Comfort Inn Lundy's Lane offers a convenient base for exploring the Niagara Falls. It is very straightforward to find and great for shopping, next to the outlet mall.

Compared to hotels right next to the Niagara Falls, the Comfort Inn offers excellent value. Guests vouch that it is much cheaper and you get free parking included - which is quite rare. The pool and the gym are relatively small, but they are nice and clean and guests are delighted to have them included in what is already a good rate.

Many guests find the hotel to be very comfortable, with large beds and tasteful décor. They will also tell you that the hotel is well-maintained and very clean.

The hotel doesn't offer a complimentary breakfast but a voucher to use in the adjoining Ihop restaurant. Very generous, you may think. However, guests are frequently outraged when they see how much they still have to pay - even taking into consideration the discount. Guests would recommend that you try one of the many other establishments around instead.

Guests in general have a very positive impression of the staff. Courteous, professional, friendly and polite - just what you'd expect from a respected chain hotel. However, certain members don't seem to have the same customer-focused attitude. They are sullen, disinterested and rude - a complete contrast to the rest of the team.

Some guests feel let down that their rooms didn't feature the facilities that they were expecting. They had no mini-fridge or microwave in their room as had been advertised. The Nintendo video games no longer seem to work either and many guests note problems connecting to the free Wi-Fi.
