Hotel Comfort Inn Independence (Independence, USA)

Guests were pleased with this hotel's location. This hotel offers easy access to all of the local attractions. After a full day of sightseeing, guests may go back and relax in the outdoor pool.

Immediately upon arriving, you are greeted by friendly staff. Whether it is hotel management or reception, you are welcomed by helpful and caring personalities.

Immediately after settling into your room, you are sure to find an abundance of complimentary amenities. With a television, refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi, you will find all the comforts of home within reach.

Once entering the hotel rooms, guests were greeted with a damp rug and musty smell throughout the hotel room. Hotel staff sent up maintenance to check the room out and could not find why the room was damp and musty smelling. By the next morning, guest's clothes were damp as well.

Guests were not happy with the free, continental breakfast. While the food itself was good, guests suggested to get there early, as the food ran out quickly.

Even though the hotel is a smoke-free establishment, guests have reported that their rooms smelled of old, cigarette smoke. This did not make for an enjoyable stay.
