Rooms are in great need of refurbishment and there is evidence of neglect. Carpets are stained and full of holes, stained linens, upholstery is warn, and bedding thin and worn with some holes. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning and basic maintenance to fix cracked sinks and such.

Housekeeping needs improvement as rooms are not thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. They neglect underneath the bed and basic vaccumming among other tasks.

This hotel can be very noisy as the doors slam closed and other guests are likely to be partying into the wee hours of the morning.
