The complimentary breakfast was nice and had a good spread. Guests could choose anything from gravy, cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juice, toast, coffee and biscuits to hardboiled eggs and sausages. Breakfast burritos and pancakes were also delicious. Guests could make their own waffles. It was basic but filling enough to give a good kick-start to the day.
All the staff members were extremely courteous and went out of their way to lend a helping hand to the guess. The person at the front desk was very proactive, promptly completing all the tasks at hand. Even the room service and house-keeping staff were good with their work.
Indoor pool was clean and well-managed. The added bonus is that it is open till late wherein the guests could enjoy their activities during the day and take a relaxing dip before bed. Many activities like hiking, biking, golfing, and mountain biking could be taken up by the guests during leisure time.
Rooms are in dire need of renovations since the furniture was shabby with scratches and wall papers were peeling off. The carpet was filthy as if it had not been washed for ages. Towels were old and scratchy.
Many guests felt that the rooms were overpriced for the amenities being offered. Making the rooms more affordable would be a better deal for the guests.
The north wing of the second floor is extremely noisy due to the open mezzanine. Guests feel that closing this part would help them get peaceful and undisturbed sleep.
