They are quite persistent with their sales pitch and if you end up attending one of these presentations, it can take quite a chunk out of your day. If you aren't interested, be sure to make it clear when you check in.

Check-in can take an age, especially if the staff are pitching things to you. It's not completely out of the ordinary for your room not to be ready upon your arrival as well. Something else that takes its time is the Wi-Fi connection. It is painfully sluggish.
