Hotel Westgate Historic Williamsburg Resort (Williamsburg, USA)

This hotel is located in a nice, clean area and is well situated for scenic exploration. Colonial Williamsburg is less than two miles away, while Yorktown and Jamestown are within a 20 minute drive. This is also a central location for a day trip, whether it be to Washington, D.C. which is about three hours away, or Virginia Beach which, depending on traffic, is about an hour away. Other nearby attractions include Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. A variety of restaurants are nearby as well.

Guests say the two bedroom suites feel quite roomy and come with a well-stocked kitchen, living area, washer/dryer, two bedrooms, and two baths. The master bath has a whirlpool tub.

Guests say the pool area is nice and comes with an outdoor hot tub. The large size of the pool area and lack of crowds makes it perfect for families.

Maid service is not consistent. Some days they come and some days they don't. Guests say that even when they come and clean, it's not a complete service.

This hotel is actually a time share and guests say the selling by staff is quite pushy and annoying. They will go with you to your room to check on your facilities and then try to get you to attend a 90-minute seminar.

Walls are very thin and you're likely to hear the conversations from other guests in their rooms. Guests say that other guests are very loud. Also, ask for a room away from the elevator, as it causes constant noise issues for those rooms around it.
