The rooms are spacious, well presented and clean, and all the basics are provided, including reliable Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is easy to find with plenty of parking. Despite being on a main road, guests reported the hotel is quiet and allows for a good nights's sleep.

Guests reported that the check in process is quick and efficient. The front desk staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

While most reviewers reported favorably on the hotel's decor, several other guests felt that the furnishings were old, dated and in need of replacement. Guests also reported a bad odor in the rooms that some identified as stale smoke.
