You will find the hotel location handy and easy to navigate. You can easily walk to North Richmond eateries and various attractions. There is a cute café next door. The neighbourhood is upscale and quite lovely.

Probably one of the best conveniences about staying at the facility is having the kitchen. It adds a certain comfort and homeliness to the entire experience.

The units are roomy with the largest apartments an adequate size for at least five adults.

You may find the bathroom too small, too wet, and without an exhaust fan to get rid of smelly fumes. It needs some work as well. There's mould, paint is old, and the water goes everywhere but where it's supposed to!

The whole check-in process is tiresome. The reception is located in a different building from the accommodations. If you get there after closing time, you have to use an outside phone that disconnects at random. You receive a key code, afterwards you have to go back several blocks to your accommodation. It's chaos if you have a lot of luggage you have to drag around.

There is no lift, so be prepared to tackle a few stairs. You may find only one outlet in your room, which makes things tricky if you have more than one device that needs charging. There is no phone in the apartment, so make sure your mobile phone is charged up. The parking lot is full of potholes, so the free parking is no bonus. The Wi-Fi is free for only 24-hrs, you have to pay for additional service.
