A full buffet breakfast is served daily and the hotel is within walking distance of a popular restaurant and bar precinct known as Gozsdu Udvar. Located in district six, there are number of ruin pubs within easy walking distance and the Museum of Terror and St Stephen's Basilica are also within a 5 minute walk.

The hotel is located within an easy ten-fifteen minute walk of Budapest's major attractions and it is only a three minute walk to the Opera and the nearest metro station which connects guests across Budapest's transport network. These conveniences featured positively across a number of reviews.
A number of guests thought that the customer service and the attention that they received from staff left them with a feeling of being VIP's with many guest commenting that they wished all their hotel stays were at this level of service.
Some reviewers were not at all impressed by the beds at this hotel, with some saying that their double bed was in fact twin mattresses pushed together Others found that the beds were not secured to the floor and shifted about. Generally though, there was a consensus across reviews that the beds were very uncomfortable, sagging and lumping in all the wrong places.
Some guests who stayed in the 'Cool' themed rooms were concerned about the lack of privacy in the room between the sleeping area and the bathroom where the was no obvious separation of space.
A number of previous guests to the hotel had a lot of problems with the noise from the street outside. Guests on lower floors were woken up by early morning revellers coming home from the bars on popular Kiraly street which is in the middle of the ruin pub district.
