Cute courtyard to enjoy.

Those who have stayed at Casa Boccassini have all enjoyed the respite of the courtyard garden — a nice oasis of green amongst the water and tourist overload.

Safe, quiet spot, away from the crowds.

While the major tourist attractions are still easily reachable, the hotel is in a peaceful spot with lots of options for cheap eating, is close to vaporetto stops, and even to the ferries departing north to Murano.

With the breakfast not being anything particularly special, and furthermore not being complimentary, some guests suggested to simply buy something from a patisserie instead.
