Guests would have appreciated to have modern bathrooms and rooms with the same style. They felt the hotel was in need of some utility fixes and that it would help the total outlook of the hotel. The water temperature for instance would work well.

The linens and beds were found to be old and uncomfortable. Guests would have preferred to have cleaner and modern sheets to sleep on. The cleanliness of the sheets was also questionable.

Guests did not appreciate having to pay extra costs if they wanted to use certain amenities. These included air conditioning, daily housekeeping and a deposit. Most hotels include the housekeeping and air conditioning which guests found to be unfair.
