Guests noted that the staff was friendly, efficient and had detailed knowledge regarding local restaurants and attractions, which they were always willing to share.

The hotel's Cupboard is great for snacks, drinks and items like laundry detergent, and guest also liked being able to use the 24-hour fitness center and laundry room, the latter of which is actually free of charge.

Guests pointed out that the rooms are very spacious and have basically everything you could possibly need for a short-term or longer stay such as a fridge, a microwave, a stove and free Wi-Fi.

Even though the property has been renovated just a few years ago, guests reported that some of the rooms and the hallways could stand to be renovated again. The lobby doesn't make the best first impression and appears outdated, and the hallways smell musty. Some of the rooms show more than normal wear-and-tear and a few guests had problems with the air-conditioning units. Furthermore, some of the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke as well.

A few guests had trouble with their reservation not appearing in the system or being incorrect, so the wrong room was made available to them upon check-in.

There aren't that many restaurants and grocery stores around, and while there is a bus stop nearby, it would take quite some time to navigate the city. That is why guests recommended bringing your car or renting one during your stay.
