Hotel Ca' Del Duca (Venice, Italy)

The hotel is between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge in the heart of the shopping district and many visitors commented on this convenience in their reviews. It is also an east five minute walk to the water bus stop.

A number of previous guests to this hotel mentioned how pleased they were with the service that they received from the staff who were only to happy to provide local recommendations for things to see and do.

Breakfast is served in the rooms daily and the hotel offers a selection of tasty breakfast treats from croissants to coffee.  A number of reviews commented that whilst basic the breakfast was good quality and delivered promptly on ordering.

A number of guests thought that the reception area was tiny but on being directed to the sister hotel, the Hotel Noemi to check-in understood why.  Some guests were confused about how and where to check-in as the directions to check-in at the Hotel Noemi was not provided with the reservation information.

Some guests who rely on their devices to keep them entertained where not at all happy with the speed and reliability of the Wi-Fi which for some was non-existent which was a source of frustration during their stay.

Some guests were disappointed with the room as they felt that it looked nothing like the pictures on the website and was in fact very dark and a bit dingy and not what they were expecting.  Some also felt that the room was very tiny and cramped and did not enjoy their stay due to the lack of space.
