The hotel features a lift, tour and ticket booking assistance from the front desk and luggage storage. Each room is decorated differently, with old antiques providing a lovely atmosphere to your stay, making it comfy, clean and cosy.
You will find the continental breakfast buffet, including freshly squeezed orange juice, to be a welcome addition to your day, especially when it is complimentary and comes with views of the Grand Canal.
While not all guests found this a problem, some were unhappy with the size of the rooms, and also found the bathrooms and showers to be too compact for their liking
It is not hard to imagine, but it is easy to get lost in Venice’s narrow streets and alleys, so make sure you take careful note of the directions and keep in mind the San Silvestro water taxi stop may not be in service when you visit.
