When it came to getting around, the central location of the Buffalo Pointe Inn - with the Grand Canyon Railway and Wild West Junction both a short walk away - was a big advantage for virtually all former guests. As well as being in the heart of Williams, the accommodation is also convenient for getting to the Grand Canyon, which is approximately one hour away by car.

The proprietors of the accommodation were recipients of positive feedback from many previous visitors. The hosts were regularly labeled as welcoming, considerate and friendly.

Despite a small number of negative reviews, past guests were generally appreciative of the continental breakfast served at the Buffalo Pointe Inn. With homemade quiche, fresh bagels, pastries, fresh fruit and more, the accommodation's breakfast was typically said to be enjoyable.
