Guests were quite impressed by the quality of the mattresses and said they were the type they'd expect to find in a more upscale property. As a result, guests slept soundly and woke up refreshed.

Guests expressed the opinion that they got great prices when staying here. The property focuses on attracting cost-conscious guests,  and reviews indicate most guests thought that what they received for the money was worthwhile.

Guests liked how their rooms had obviously been remodelled and said that the freshly finished rooms helped them have good overall impressions. Furthermore, they said that the accommodations were generally very clean and remained that way for the duration of their stays.

Guests complained that the lighting inside the room was not bright enough. This caused a depressing effect and made it hard for guests to read in their rooms.

Guests remarked that the room sizes were smaller than expected, and felt the layout would feel especially cramped if the rooms were used for more than one occupant simultaneously. Furthermore, guests said the bathrooms were very tiny.

Guests were disappointed to find out that their rooms were not equipped with coffee makers. Since the hotel does not provide beverages in public areas, this meant guests were out of luck when it came to getting hot drinks. Although this point alone was not enough to make guests not want to stay, they felt the lack of coffee makers really decreased the hotel's convenience factor.
