Guests were pleased to find that this property provided easy access to downtown attractions. Many guests commented that the placement of this hotel made it convenient for them to get where they needed to go efficiently.

Guests said they were able to sleep soundly on the hotel's comfortable mattresses. The sleeping surfaces supported their spines and helped them wake up well rested so they could get on with their days and feel energized.

Guests were appalled at the treatment offered by the front desk employees. They said the workers showed an incredible lack of understanding and were often unwilling to be flexible and listen to guests' concerns. Furthermore, they frequently spoke with raised voices and had generally bad attitudes.

Guests complained that the Wi-Fi signal does not work very well. Guests either had to stand outside their rooms to get a signal, or go without the Wi-Fi entirely because they were unable to achieve a stable connection or even connect at all.

Guests warned that the management does not seem to care about keeping up the rooms here. They reported issues like broken door latches, dirty towels and food leftover from other guests. Additionally, even the parts of the rooms that were functional looked very outdated.
