Hotel Bridge (Venice, Italy)

Most guests found the staff to be friendly and available for their guests, recommending tours and place to see. The staff are found to be helpful and accommodating. It was nice to feel welcomed.

The hotel is located just a four-minute walk from both St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. The hotel is also very close to a vaporetto stop and to restaurants and bars. A first-time visitor looking to head to the most well-known stops would enjoy the closeness to the hotel.

The rooms and overall appearance of the hotel are found to be nice and cosy. The rooms were kept clean and the furnishings were very comfortable and reminded many of home. It was a pleasant stay for them who thought the feel and ambiance was just right.

The Wi-Fi connection was found to be too slow and not really working well for most guests. There is actually no free Wi-Fi as advertised and most guests found it annoying. They had to pay by the hour which was odd and most were expecting at least for a fast, reliable connection since it was not free.

Some guests found the rooms to be too noisy for their tastes as they had rooms right next to the street. The traffic noise was too much to bear for some who were not able to sleep well because of it.

Some guests were not able to ignore how small the rooms and bathrooms were for them. It was very uncomfortable for them to move around and feel like they were not going to fall. The stairs were also found to be very narrow.
