The sparkly waters of the spacious pool was very popular with most guests who stayed at the hotel, with guests commenting that the pool was very well maintained, the water well filtered and the grounds expertly manicured.

The hotel is ideally located close to the shops in the mall in downtown Broadbeach but is also an easy walk to Pacific Square shopping village which has over 100 shops, restaurants and cafes should the weather be bad for the beach. Guests reviews mentioned the convenience of the location as one of the best aspects of their holiday.

The list of broken and non-functioning items that guests recounted in their reviews is long and guests suggested that management need to pay a little more attention to repairing these items. C Common complaints included broken and running toilets, broken toilet seats, dodgey air-conditioning units, frayed curtains, doors not locking and work carpets.

For guests who rely on available fast Wi-Fi to entertain the kids or themselves during the evening thought that it was unacceptable that there was no free Wi-Fi at the hotel and these people felt that given the room price that it should be included as standard.
