When it comes to the sights of Florence, there isn't much that isn't close to this hotel. The Ponte Vecchio, the Palazzo Pitti, the Galleria del'Accademia - home of Michaelangelo's David - as well as the Basilica di Santa Maria Novella and the city's central market are all located within walking distance of this property. Additionally, many were pleased to find that the Florence's main train station is situated just steps away from the hotel.

This property's bright and cheery look received quite a lot of praise from guests, who liked the colourful décor scheme. On the whole, many felt that the rooms here were spacious, with most commenting that they seemed to be on the larger size for a European property. This point in particular went down well with guests.

The basic continental breakfast offered by this hotel was a nice touch, with the free cappuccinos being a particular talking point among guests.

Those visiting during the warmer months commented that this property's air conditioning really struggled to effectively cool units. Many also noted that the in-room AC vents appeared to be partially blocked.

Most noted that the in-room Wi-Fi connectivity at this hotel was patchy, at best. While this was annoying, many more were irritated by the lack of black-out curtains on the windows here. Guests reported being woken during the early hours by sunlight streaming into their rooms.

While guests were dismayed by this property's absolutely tiny bathrooms, many more were bothered by the showers here, which appear to be prone to flooding.
