Guests left feeling well-rested and refreshed, thanks to great beds and a choice of pillows. Ample space to move around was also a plus for guests who would return for the clean and comfortable rooms.

The complimentary breakfast was just the thing that guests needed to start their day off right. Waffles, bacon, eggs and lighter fare provided a good selection, and items were promptly restocked when running low.

The front desk team were noticeably friendly, according to guests who had nothing but good things to say about the top notch hospitality. When issues arose, they were dealt with in an efficient manner, and it was obvious to many that staff cared if guests had a positive experience.

While the sleeping area of guest accommodation was said to be spacious and roomy, bathroom size in many rooms left a bit to be desired. Guests complained that there wasn't much space between the shower and the bathroom door, and they wished for more counter space to put their things.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator, and rooms are accessed via exterior doors, many of which you have to reach via a staircase. Guests weren't thrilled about climbing to their rooms in certain cases, and would have preferred an elevator on hand to do the job for them.

Internet access definitely wasn't guests' favorite thing about Best Western West Monroe Inn. It often had a mind of its own, choosing when and how long it wanted to work.
