It is still quite a new hotel and therefore it is very tastefully decorated and in very good condition. The rooms are also very pleasant with comfortable beds and are kept exceptionally clean. The bar area is the perfect spot to sit and relax in an evening and you can enjoy a drink or perhaps chat to other guests whilst you soak up the views over the city.
The front desk team give you a very warm welcome on arrival and check-in is fast and efficient. The staff are happy to provide recommendations of where to visit whilst you are here and are on hand to assist you throughout your stay.
The fitness centre here is very small and therefore if more than a couple of people turn up at the same time it can be difficult to get a spot on the equipment.
There are such mixed reviews for breakfast that it appears the quality is not consistent day to day or guests are travelling with very different expectations. To summarise more variety would be appreciated and some guests have felt the service was downright unfriendly in the breakfast area.
