Guests reported that the hotel provided a lot of value at an affordable price, as the rooms are modern, clean and include amenities like coffee makers, hair dryers, microwaves, refrigerators and organic toiletries.

The hotel provides guests with a complimentary continental breakfast every day, which they found to be diverse and tasty. You can pick from oatmeal, fruits, bagels, muffins, pop tarts, cereal, pancakes, French toast and yogurt. You can also make your own waffles and there are a couple of options of freshly brewed coffee.

Guests felt well taken care of by the front-desk staff, as special requests were accommodated as much as possible, and they noted being treated with respect, warmth and professionalism.

While you may already be expecting to do a fair amount of walking throughout Disneyland Park, guests found it important to point out that there is no shuttle to the park. Instead you have to walk across the parking lot until the reach the tram, which takes between five and ten minutes. Once you get to the tram, however, you'll have to go up to the second level via the stairs, as there is no elevator.

The walls appear to be quite thin, as guests reported overhearing others' conversations, and they also felt a bit bothered by the traffic noise coming in from the road. Some didn't care for the Disney fireworks being shot above the hotel every night, especially those families with small children trying to sleep.

Several guests noted that the air-conditioners were weak and took a long time to cool the rooms, which made the rooms quite stuffy.
