Guests have praised the staff of Bella Villa Cabana for their friendly and personable customer service. From the receptionist to the parking crew, the hospitality is of the highest standard. You will have no trouble with forming friendships with the informative and kind employees.

With an almost empty restaurant around the clock, the overcharged breakfast seems undemanded. Guests were not pleased with the price of breakfast but some were content with a morning meal that will sustain until lunch.

Guests complained that the promised amenities were sub-par. Some reported complimentary coffee was a small sachet and the toiletries amounted to one bottle of shower gel. Many were let down because their expectation was not met.
