The Wi-Fi, according to most of those that used it, was typically described one of the best reasons for staying at the motel. As well as being complimentary, the Wi-Fi was usually observed by past guests as fast and reliable in holding a prolonged, uninterrupted connection.

Although acquiring a space proved troublesome at times, the on-site parking was praised by some of those that visited the accommodation in their own vehicle. Previous visitors were also happy that the parking was supplied free of charge.

When compared to other choices in Long Beach, the motel was apparently one of the cheapest options available – something that was appreciated on occasion by former guests.
