Guests are amazed with the very cheap rates that they pay for such a well-run and spacious accommodation. Yes, it is basic, but you get quite a bit for what you pay for.

The staff help create the amazing and friendly vibe. Guests find them extremely outgoing and helpful. They could certainly teach a lot of other hotel staff how to treat customers.

This hostel is always buzzing with activity - it is easy to meet new people and make new friends. There is something happening all the time and special theme evenings are organised frequently. Guests enjoy catching a film in the TV room, a few games of pool and a swim in the swimming pool. The bar, however, is where everything happens and guests really get to know each other.

Guests are promised free Wi-Fi. However, in reality that means 30 minutes free before you have to pay. As the connection is so slow, guests say it is barely worth  the hassle.

A little party never hurt anybody. However, when there are drunken people screaming and yelling all the time, it can be too much for some guests. Although there is supposedly a noise curfew, guests complain that people are running wild and yelling until the early hours. As the hostel actively promotes itself as a fun-packed place to stay, if partying is not top of your list, you may feel out of place and not get much sleep.

There are many complaints of poor quality mattresses and uncomfortable beds. After paying such a small rate, many guests just put up with this inconvenience as "part of the deal".
