Hotel Avis (Bromley, United Kingdom)

There are quite a few reviews from guests stating they needed to check in early which was no problem at all, the room was ready and no extra charge.

The Hotel is walking distance to Bromley centre and the train station making it an ideal stay for those commuting to work or travelling. There is also a regular bus service walking distance from the hotel.

Throughout the comments from previous guests staying within the hotel, many mention how clean and tidy it is and they would consider returning due to how well it was maintained by the owners.

The bathrooms are very small making it difficult to get dressed, many have mentioned the toilet and basin are also very close together making it near impossible to go to the loo.

The Decor is dated and in need of renewing. The rooms have stained carpets and marks on the walls.  Also the doors only have small latches on them so guests have to bang the door to get them to lock..

Staff on reception and serving staff have been given negative reviews due to being rude and unhelpful when guests have needed attention, however there are also very good reviews about the staff. Negative comments appear to be when they hotel is having a function.
