Avalon is a privately owned guest house that is located in Brighton's Kemp Town, an area known as "Brighton's Gay Village" renowned for its lively bars, cafes and vibrant atmosphere. The Grand Pier is just a 5 minute walk away and it is within a short walking distance of most of the town's attractions including the Royal Pavilion and the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery. The Avalon has just 5 rooms, which comprise of a King Size room, Imperior, Four Poster, Family and Twin. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, a refrigerator, DVD player, Freeview TV, hairdryer and radio. Breakfast is served in a downstairs dining area and is included in the standard room price. There is no car park but street parking by permit is available outside for a fee, which can be pre-booked at the time of reservation. There is a minimum 2 night stay policy enforced over weekends and a 3 night minimum during Bank Holiday weekends. Dogs can be accepted free of charge and children (up to 15 years old) can also stay free of charge.
