Hotel Atlântico Copacabana (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)

The rooftop pool has great views of the beaches and the city, which was a breathtaking view. The atmosphere and views really made the day for some guests who took in the scenery.

The breakfast is said to be good and tasty with items such as scrambled eggs and bacon. It was nice to have some protein in the morning and with plenty of options to choose from. There are also various cereals and hot drinks.

The hotel's location is within walking distance from a beach and also close to a metro station, so guests were able to spend time at the beach or explore the city. The city has various eateries and bars close by which was also a nice addition.

Guests were surprised to find their Wi-Fi was charged at a not so cheap price. It also did not work well and was slow. They expect a hotel like this to have working Wi-Fi and be speedy.

The air-conditioning is said to make too much noise to the point where guests could not hear their own thoughts in the rooms. They were not able to sleep either and also the air did not do a good job of cooling the atmosphere.

Some guests felt the décor was a bit on the old side and seemed to go back decades, and was really old-fashioned. The hotel needs modernizing according to some guests who would have preferred to have a modern look during their stay.
