Guests often noted that although its usually very hard to find hotels in the area that accept pets, this one does. For that reason, many reviewers said they were grateful to stay at this property because it meant not having to leave canine family members at home or in a kennel.

There were numerous comments from guests about the staff members being extremely willing to assist in any ways possible, and that they seemed to consistently be genuinely cheerful. When staying here, you should expect to encounter staff members who are committed to giving great service.

Guests appreciated being able to get breakfast at the hotel, and that, unlike many properties, this one actually offers a decent selection of hot items. The breakfast offerings frequently allowed guests to save a lot on their food budget.

Some guests were dismayed to find that their rooms included cathode ray tube-type televisions. However, most commented humorously that they'd not seen that type for several years, and that they weren't coming to the island to watch TV, so the older style of their sets was not a huge problem.
