Most of the positive reviews are from guests who enjoyed the large swimming pool provided at the hotel which is well equipped with chairs and tables. The pool area was clean, sufficient to the number of guests, and even has its own music playing at the area to help guests relax. It was extremely enjoyed by guests especially the kids.
Guests were impressed with the amazing quality assistance of the staff! They were very welcoming, greeted all the guests with a warm smile, and were more than willing help with their needs. Moreover, they were very knowledgeable and accommodating which was described by guests as one of best team of staff they have ever met.
Due to its central location in Pensacola and close proximity to major establishments and tourists spots, most guests were able to travel within the area conveniently. The hotel is also close to major highways, restaurants, gas stations, shopping centres, family centre, cinemas, Walmart, and the Pensacola beach.
Most guests complained about the lack of variety offered for breakfast. The grab and go breakfast does not have much option and only includes oatmeal, fruits, pastry, and coffee. The selection was not appealing for guests especially for kids.
Guests had issues with the general quality of the beds provided at the hotel. The mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable, blankets were too thin, pillows were flat, and linens and bedding were not very clean.
The loud noise coming from continuous talking or loud conversations from other people at the neighbouring rooms dismayed the previous guests. Furthermore, loud chatting from people within the hallways can also enter the rooms.
