The sufficient size of the pool area as well as the overall cleanliness was appreciated by the guests. The pool was well-maintained and was not crowded so most guests had a very relaxing time at the immaculately clean and enjoyable pool facility.
Previous guests were annoyed with the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking rooms. The smell was so strong that guests had to spray air fresheners to improve the air quality. However, the rooms still smelled badly of smoke despite efforts to sanitise.
The poor quality of the bedding has been an issue for most guests. The sheets and linens had stains and were dirty which looked like they haven't been replaced for a long time. There were also some bugs found on top of the bed and they have a very poor quality and texture.
The lack of a proper breakfast provided daily was very disappointing. The small variety of donuts, frosted flakes, and coffee were very basic and average according to guests. However, you can try out other restaurants nearby such as Coffee Cup Restaurant for more variety.
