Hotel Aspen Apartments (London, United Kingdom)

Aspen Apartments is located just a few minutes' walk from Paddington station so you can quickly and easily get to other areas of the city by tube or bus. It's also easy to get to the hotel, since the station connects to Heathrow Airport with the express service. The hotel is located on a busy, well-lit street and the area has lots of bars, restaurants and little shops around, along with a supermarket so you can stock the kitchen. Also, the area is very nice and walking distance from Hyde Park and lots of great attractions.

Rooms are clean and functional. There is a sitting area with a large TV and sofa, and a kitchen so you can prepare some meals. The bedrooms are comfortable and the two-bedroom units provide sufficient space if you are travelling as a family. Overall, it offers good value at a reasonable price in London.

The front desk is open 24-hours, which is handy, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. Check-in and checkout is painless. They'll help with luggage storage if you arrive early and assist with any requests and issues quickly and efficiently.

The signage on the front of the building doesn't say Aspen Apartments, so it can be difficult to locate the apartments upon arrival.

Rooms are a bit dated in appearance. Also, there is no washing machine, which would be helpful, and the kitchen could be better equipped with towels, utensils, pots/pans, etc.

Wi-Fi is not free at Aspen Apartments unless you book directly, and even when you do pay for it, it's unreliable.
