The rooms at Arenal Springs Resort are well presented, comfortable, clean and quiet. All rooms feature a private terrace with views of the Arenal Volcano. The well maintained garden areas separate the rooms to give each guest privacy. Many guests were also delighted to see hummingbirds outside their rooms.
The staff who are friendly, courteous and attentive are known to go out of their way to welcome guests and ensure that they have a relaxed and memorable stay. On several occasions, guests who were celebrating a special event commented that staff were thoughtful and gave them extra care and attention.
The resort is very popular during high season and some guests felt that the large number of guests took away from the charm and intimate setting of the resort. Some guests advised that couples looking for a romantic trip away may prefer a smaller resort.
