The apartments are located within Melbourne's free tram zone making the central attractions easily accessible. Guests are spoilt for choice with a range of cafes, bars and restaurants being within walking distance or a short tram ride away. For special events Etihad Stadium is an eight-minute walk away.

Guests found the apartments to be well presented and spacious with modern furniture and all the comforts of home. For guests who wish to self cater the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare meals.

All apartments feature a private balcony and guests were delighted with their view of the Yarra River, the Docklands scenery and Etihad Stadium.

Guest reported that housekeeping provides a hit and miss service and there is no guarantee that the apartments will be cleaned to a high standard. Complaints included that, on arrival, both the kitchen area as well as utensils and dish ware in the cupboards were dirty. The interior walls have been found to be smudged, the carpets dirty and mould has been found growing in the bathroom.

The apartments are individually furnished and some of them seem to have old and dated furniture. Guests reported that the apartments were simply furnished with dated furniture, some of which were worn and damaged.

Guests warned that staff can be slow to respond to requests for assistance, reporting that at times they were left waiting for hours or even days before their request or the reported problem was addressed.
