Welcome to Haus Anni! Haus Anni is located in the heart of our beautiful spa, hiking, and skiing region of Bad Kleinkirchheim, surrounded by Carinthia’s magnificent Nock Mountains. With warm hospitality in a cosy atmosphere, Haus Anni is an inviting holiday retreat in both summer and winter. Thanks to its central location (just 250m from the Römerbad thermal spa and 450m from the Kaiserburgbahn cable car), our “Haus” is popular all year round. All of our comfortable double rooms and family rooms feature cable TV, bath/shower, WC, and a balcony. A rich and varied breakfast buffet gives our guests an excellent start to each day – whether they will spend it hiking, cycling, swimming, or just relaxing in our refreshing mountain air. The 2,400m² wellness oasis at the Hotel “Die Post” is also available to our guests for an additional charge.
