Hotel Americas Best Value Inn & Suites (Anaheim, USA)

Guests liked the fact that the hotel was only a short drive or even only a 10-minute walk from the theme park. They also appreciated the convenience of being able to get discounted tickets at the front desk.

The hotel offers free on-site parking, which guests stated was perfect, as you can also just leave your car there and then walk or use public transportation to the many attractions and shops.

Guests were pleased with the friendly and pleasant welcome as well as the helpfulness of the entire staff.

Some guests noted that the interior could benefit from some modernization, as they found some cracks in the walls and stains on the carpets. The pillows seem to have become quite flat and hard, and the shower curtains had started to come apart. Guests also reported that there was mold evident in the bathrooms, particularly in the shower and the corners of the room.

Guests found that housekeeping didn't seem to be too thorough when cleaning the rooms, because they encountered dirty floors, showers and walls. They also reported sheets that were not replaced in between guests as well as roaches in the rooms.

Several guests commented on the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed, as they could overhear the TV and conversations from next door. They also noticed that the noise from the outside traffic carried into the rooms.
