Insects Are a Common Problem

Many guests who stayed in different rooms at different times reported seeing cockroaches and other insects in this hotel. They are frequently in both the bedroom and bathroom areas of guest rooms.

The Hotel is Not Cleaned Well

Guests all agree that this hotel is not very clean at all. The carpets are frequently covered in dirt, the bed linens are often stained, and there are obvious signs of water damage and mould in some of the guest rooms. Even common areas like the pool do not seem to be maintained properly.

The furnishings in the guest rooms all look old and tired. The fabric is worn and faded, the carpets are stained, and many of the mattresses need to be replaced. Several guests said that they felt like the hotel was long overdue for an update.
