The Alexander Palms Court in the Casa Marina area of Key West, is about 2 blocks from the beach and Duval Street, near the Southernmost Point and Ernest Hemingway's House and Museum. There are plenty of eating out options and nightlife options close by. The guesthouse itself is in a secure gated compound. Onsite parking is available and pretty much everything is within easy walking distance though the resort is in a quiet area in the quaint Old Town.
The rooms are clean, bright and well stocked. The pool and the amenities of the fully stocked kitchen (in the suites and studio apartments) are much appreciated by guests.

The resort itself is about 40 years old, and though many guests felt it was very well looked after, some felt that the guest house is in need of being updated, particularly the bathrooms which are small and old looking. The air conditioners are also old but do their job, say guests.
