Rooms are really very clean and inviting and members of staff are ever helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub are also clean and inviting.
Immediately off 1-70 East, Colorado Mills Mall is literally just a few blocks away. Red Rocks is nearby, as well as lots of other attractions. Jefferson County Fairgrounds is also only a few minutes away.
Breakfast is fairly unimpressive and something of a waste of time. It also finishes very early – and they start winding down even earlier! Not to worry though – there are plenty of breakfast cafes just a short walk away.
Front-desk personnel shrug it off and advise that the fuzzy TV screen is a problem that is throughout the hotel. If that’s the case, why don’t they get it put right!
The air conditioning is ineffective and can’t cope with the temperature in the room. The bathroom is very small and cramped. Rooms too, can be uncomfortably small. Why is there a dog barking when they specify no pets! The smell of cleaning solutions is over powering – almost worse than the smell they’re trying to disguise.
