The hotel manager is extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, the staff is quite courteous and have a good concept of genuine hospitality.
There’s no air conditioning and if it’s scorching hot the fans will do nothing more than circulate hot air. The hotel décor needs some updating as well. A nice new coat of paint, repairs, and in depth cleaning would help tremendously. However, it’s amusing that you are charged a handsome sum if you don’t do your own cleaning and put out the rubbish!
A tricky scenario takes place once you arrive at the facility. You may have booked at 86; however, you may end up at 84! At 84 you don’t have access to the same amenities as you do at 86, which will probably leave you very disappointed. If you don’t get a confirmation at your booking that you are staying at 86, you could very well end up at the lower-standard facility.
The complimentary Wi-Fi disappears right before your eyes! It seems that there is a weak connection that cannot sustain Internet usage after a short time. You can also purchase Wi-Fi but it doesn’t seem to make much difference.
