The Crossing Backpackers at National Park, offers accommodation options to suit individuals, couples and families from bunk rooms to family units. A large communal kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, games room, movie room, laundry,Free WIFI, spa pool are available for all guests to enjoy. We are located 15mins drive from Whakapapa and 25mins from Turoa ski fields, the ideal location for your winter break,for skiing, snowboarding and snow play. For the Tongariro Crossing winter experience we offer guided trips with a local experienced guiding company. In the summer freedom walking season we operate a daily shuttle service to the Tongariro Crossing, book at our reception.
