Located right in the city centre (not up the hills!) Central Backpackers is just minutes' walk from: Dunedin Art Gallery; Dunedin I-Site; Speight's Brewery; Cadbury World chocolate tours; City ghost tours; Regent and Fortune Theatres; 3 cinemas; Main street shopping; Supermarket, 4 shopping malls. Customised Otago Peninsula tours are available with pick-up at reception. Relax with a DVD or PS4 game in our lounge, or step outside to explore Dunedin's busy nightlife! The local staff have plenty of inside knowledge and tips on the best eating places and local attractions. All linen is included, all rooms have heaters and lockers and/or are lockable. There's complimentary tea and coffee in our large well-equipped kitchen. We also have a friendly, indoor cat (Gizmo!)
