Several guests mentioned that if you need a place to crash or you're doing an overnight weekend, such as visiting students at the nearby Murray State University, this hotel fits the plan perfectly.

Visitors really seem to enjoy their staff interactions here at the hotel. For the most part, they cited the front desk that is friendly and approachable. Furthermore, they do their best to offer whatever solutions they can to address issues that come up.

After a long day of traveling, some visitors remarked that having the pool and whirlpool on-site was very appealing. Other visitors remarked that they enjoyed the fitness center.

According to some visitors the price they paid was a bit too much because it doesn't include other kitchen amenities aside from a coffee maker. Others stated that the beds need to be replaced. For some guests, given the amount they paid, they expected more in-room amenities.
