The breakfast has received lots of positive mentions in reviews with many saying that it exceeded their expectations. There is the usual cooked fare of eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns etc. and also a continental offering with fresh fruit and waffles as well. The cooked breakfast is cooked to order by the chef right in front of you.

The hotel offers a shuttle service which runs from the hotel to the mall and to the airport and which is perfect after you may have had a long drive to get there. It is also free as an added bonus.

The largest mall in the whole of America, Mall of America, is located around ten minutes' drive away for you to be able to shop until you drop. Also located close to the hotel are museums, the theatre, bars and restaurants so there is something to do for everybody.

The rooms are looking quite tired and are in dire need of an update or at least a bit of care and attention. Facilities in some rooms such as telephones, hairdryers or air conditioning units are in a state of disrepair and the rooms in general are quite dirty with bathrooms not cleaned to a satisfactory standard and bed linen stained.

The bathrooms are very small and there is no space available around the sink area to put your toiletries as you would expect, according to guests. Guests have reported having to keep the door open in order to move around properly.

The hotel often holds weddings or private parties and the bar may be hired out for these functions. Due to this it can be quite busy and rather noisy.
