Many guests remark positively on the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The beds are big and comfortable and the rooms have modern facilities, including the air conditioning, which seems to function well.

The easy use of public transportation and therefore good access to the major attractions in Zurich as well as the airport are a highlight for many guests. While the hotel itself is not directly in the city center, it offers many convenient possibilities to go out for a drink or a meal in the neighborhood.

Many guests expressed that the staff at the front desk and in the bar is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They all speak English and provide good customer service, helping figure out the public transportation for example. Problems were remedied when possible.

Some rooms face the street in front of the building where the tram passes. Those rooms can be on the noisy side as the street is busy. If you are sensitive to sounds you might want to request a room at the rear of the building.

Many guests found the rooms to be a bit on the small side when they booked the cheapest room category. As rooms in Zurich go at a premium rate one has to decide if the time spent in the room is worth to spring for an upgrade.

Many guests had trouble with the Wi-Fi connection, sometimes being very slow, sometimes not establishing at all. The hotel can provide an internet cable to you if you want to establish a connection with WLAN instead.
