The rooms are well maintained. The housekeeping staff is very professional and the rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean. The rainfall showerhead was a particular favorite of many guests at the hotel. The beds are very comfortable and an adequate amount of pillows have been provided in each room. The air conditioner in the room is very powerful and functions well.
Some guests were of the opinion that the hotel's reception staff were very friendly and polite. They were pleased by how the staff handled their requests made prior to booking their rooms. All their issues or concerns were taken seriously with the aim of solving them.
