The hotel's director in particular was the kind and caring. Guests are guaranteed a wonderful experience and great hospitality.
All the vibrantly decorated rooms are well furnished. The individually furnished and decorated rooms were a source of great pleasure to many. The beds as well are large and quite comfortable with the finest bedding provided.
The breakfast menu is very delicious, wholesome and neatly served. The dishes are varied and in great abundance so you do not fear that food will run out. The wait employees are well trained in dealing with the diners and guests do not feel rushed while eating.
Guests who were unlucky to have noisy neighbours could hide their frustrations as they were disturbed by their constant loud chats. Most of them felt that the soundproofing wasn't adequate enough.
The lack of an onsite parking lot left a few guests rather disappointed. The public parking was thought to be quite far from the hotel especially if you have luggage.
Though the hotel claims it provides free Wi-Fi connection, a few guests were upset by the unstaedy internet signals. Some rooms did not even receive any signal whatsoever. The signal doesn't hold and seemed to drop when moving from room to room with your device.
