It was undoubtedly the great central position of the hotel that most impressed guests. They were especially happy that the main train station was virtually across the road, since this meant they could avoid a complicated trip on public transport, or expensive taxi fare, in order to get to their hotel.

After mentioning what a great central spot the hotel was in, many guests went on to remark that it was nonetheless very quite. It seems that the rooms have good soundproofing, allowing guests to sleep in peace and quiet at night.

Whatever small issues they had with their rooms, many guests felt that their room-rate was quite good. Taken together with the very central location, many concluded that they had received decent value for money.

Curiously, guests travelling at very different times mentioned that the Jacuzzi was broken when they stayed there. It is possible that it is not broken, but simply doesn't operate on every single day. Guests should speak to the reception if having this available is important to them.

Quite a number of guests brought this up. It seems the hotel has decided not to put these in the rooms, leaving many frustrated, and thirsty, guests sitting in their rooms without a hot beverage.

While there were perhaps fewer complaints than is typical at a hotel, guests still reported that the Wi-Fi system was unreliable and also a little bit slow. Guests with an urgent need for reliable connectivity might consider activating data roaming.
